The olive butter is made by hydrogenating olive oil. The olive oil is extracted from the ripe fruits of the olive tree. The pulp contains 15-35% oil. The olive tree is cultivated in Spain, Italy and Greece. The olive butter is odorless, white and has excellent nourishing and restorative properties.
