Information
Peeling is made exclusively from sweet almonds, they are blanched almonds, which are gently oil-free by pressing. After removal of the oil, a high-protein-rich, high-protein pressing cake is formed, which is ground into a fine almond flour. The peel of the almonds is vegan and has an organic quality. It has a high content of vitamin E, minerals and trace elements such as magnesium, iron, zinc, calcium and manganese.
