Terms and conditions 1.Introductory provisions The Terms and conditions describe the normal trade cooperation between the client and the PGchem company. 2.Payment Terms The payment is made either by bank transfer (including e-banking), or cash on delivery paid by the client. Prices for goods are charged unless otherwise agreed according to the price list valid on the day of ordering, which is published on www.pgchem.sk. For price differences occuring between the time of ordering and the time of delivery unless otherwise agreed, the distributor is not liable.A complete price list can be found at the homepage of Slovak Post: http://cennik.posta.sk/en.Note: The goods are the property of PGchem until the full payment is received. 3.Delivery of goods Goods can be taken over personally or sent via shipping service. Upon reception of the goods you should carefully check the number and type of goods and whether the goods are not mechanically damaged. If irregularities occur in the delivery and invoicing of goods, it is necessary to contact PGChem immediately, not later than two weeks from the shippment. Later claims do not need to be accepted. The costs of freight, insurance and the costs of complaint delivery is paid by the customer. PGchem is not liable for damage arising by wrong transportation of goods, so make sure that you choose the correct means of transport. 4.Sales of goods only to persons over 18 years Under current law, the purchase of certain types of goods is age restricted (no sales under 18).
