Alcoholic extract from roasted coffee beans (Coffea Arabica and Coffea robusta). The extract has a characteristic smell of coffee. It is a dark brown liquid. A small amount of precipitate is not a quality defect.
The main active compounds are: caffeine (0.500 %), chlorogenic acid, β-carboline and harmane.
Usage
The suitability of usage should be tested by the producer of the final product.
