Roman chamomile hydrolate is obtained from the flowers of the herb by steam distillation. Roman camomile, which can grow to a height of 30 cm, is native to southern and western Europe and north Africa. The difference from a real camomile is in the head. In the case of the Roman camomile, it is filled and covered with small flakes. Hydrosol is rich in active ingredients because it is finely distilled and has a low essential oil content.Usage
