Information
Lavender essential oil is produced by steam distillation of the flowers of lavender. The oil has pale yellow colour and typical fresh lavender scent. It is a clear liquid without precipitates. It does not contain added solvents, preservatives, dyes or antioxidants.
The main ingredients of the lemon oil are terpenes: linalool, terpinen-4-ol, linalyl-acetate, lavandulyl-acetate, ocimene, pharnesene, caryophyllene, d-limonene.
Usage
It is primarily used for cosmetic purposes, e.g. creams, lotions, face masks, soaps. In case of cosmetic usage at large concentration can cause skin irritation. The applied concentration in cosmetic products should not go beyond 3-6%. The suitability of usage should be tested by the producer of the final product.

Toxicological information
At larger concentration may cause skin irritation. Found allergenes: d-limonene (0-2.5%) and linalool (10-25%). No microorganisms neither their toxins were found in the product, it was not produced from genetically modified organisms.
