Lemon oil is extracted from the fresh fruit peel by cold expression. The oil has yellow colour and typical fresh lemon scent. It is a clear liquid without precipitates. It does not contain added solvents, preservatives, dyes or antioxidants.
The main ingredients of the lemon oil are terpenes: d-limonene, α-pinene, β-pinene, camphene, sabinene, myrcene, α-terpinene, linalool, nerol, neral, β-bisabolene, trans-α-bergamotene. The citrus scents repel insects.
Usage
The suitability of usage should be tested by the producer of the final product.
